The pouring method of the castable adopts the setting of anchors and reinforcing ribs. After the residual bricks are removed, high-strength and wear-resistant aluminum silicon carbide steel fiber castables are used for repair. In order to solve the combination between the brick and the castable, the surface of the original brick is drilled and fixed with expansion bolts, and a certain length of “Y” stainless steel anchors are welded to the outside of the expansion bolts. The disadvantage of adopting this method is mainly that the castable falls as a whole, causing damage to the original refractory bricks, which is inconvenient for subsequent maintenance.

 

 

 

For castable prefabricated blocks, in order to improve the strength, wear resistance and thermal shock resistance of the inclined air duct support, high-strength wear-resistant castable prefabricated blocks are used to replace bricks, and castable prefabricated blocks are used to replace damaged refractory bricks. This method is effective and can generally be used for more than two years.
