Brief Description
Ultra low cement refractory castables are developed on the basis of low cement refractory castables. The amount of aluminate cement is generally 2.5% to 5%, the performance is superior to the low cement refractory castable.
The coagulation hardening mechanism of ultra-low cement refractory castables is that the agglomeration combines to play a leading role as a cement coagulant. For example, when SiO2 ultrafine powder is added, colloidal particles are formed after water, and Al3+ and Ca2+ ions which are slowly dissolved during hydration of calcium aluminate are adsorbed to lower the potential, coagulation hardening occurs when the “isoelectric point” is reached. In addition, the surface of the active SiO2 can form a silanol group, dehydration bridges during the drying process to form a siloxane network structure, while adsorbing Al3+, Ca2+ and Na+ ions brought in by the electrolyte can also produce coagulation hardening.

Application
1. Ultra low cement castable is used in glass kiln, colored flash furnace, sintering machine, ladle and other linings are constructed and produced.
2. Castable ultra low cement refractory is used in the whole construction and preparation of the soaking furnace and the heating furnace wall top. Burning nozzle, slag ball blocking slag, tapping groove to make intermediate package permanent lining.
3. Refractory ultra low cement castable application in RH vacuum degassing device, SLKIP metallurgy integral spray gun, CHS and ladle gas supply brick (breathable brick) and the use of corundum brick for petrochemical and coal gasification equipment.
4. Ultra low cement refractory castables application in industrial kiln such as metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery manufacturing, electric power and building materials, such refractory castables have been commonly used to replace traditional fired refractory products as a lining. The vibrating low cement refractory castable is mainly used as the backing lining, such as lining for heating furnace, various heat treatment furnaces, electric furnace cover, shaft kiln, rotary kiln, blast furnace tap hook, ladle.
